Rajesh Kumar Ganesan

Chief Executive Officer

The CEO of iWannabE, a proven human capital strategist with 20 plus years of experience in handling the entire gamut of HR activities with impeccable managerial and execution capabilities. A Law graduate and an Alumni of NMIMS Business school has an excellent track record of ensuring the proper alignment of people, processes, structure, and culture within a defined global business plan including Employee Satisfaction Survey, Compensation Governance, Best Employer Survey, Global Performance Management System, Values Workshop and Q12 Impact Planning sessions. He has been instrumental in implementing new schemes and policies in different kinds of organizations, including large, new and growing enterprises like Standard Chartered, TCS, L&T information technology and Tata shares. His passion for teaching spurred him to utilize the opportunity to conduct teaching sessions for management students in an Australian based university’s MBA program conducted in Mumbai, for Stansfield Business school-Chennai branch, for premier business schools like Institute for Financial Management and Research and SRM Institute of Management Studies. Prior to iWannabE, he was working for IFMR as an Associate director.

Nanda Juggaranda

Sales Head

A postgraduate in Marketing Management from Symbiosis, with expertise in Brand development. He is a visionary professional with successful career of over 25 years with Siemens in Sales/Services. His strong problem solving & technical skills coupled with assertive decision making for enabling effective solutions lead to high customer satisfaction and low operational costs. He has extensive exposure in coordinating with internal/external customers for running successful business operations and experience of implementing procedures and service standards for business excellence. Also is highly successful in monitoring overall project operations and contract administration. Prior to iWannabE, he worked with Siemens Middle East.

P.P. Ramanujan

General Manager – HR & Operations

A dynamic Human Resource professional with more than 13 years of cross-industry experience. Has proven track of strategic and operational leadership in Talent Acquisition & Engagement, HR Operations & Shared Services, HR processes design/re-engineering, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Capability, Workforce Rationalization and HR Automation/Systems Integration.

During his sojourn as an independent Human Capital Advisor, prior to joining iWannabE, he had helped many organizations to align their Human Capital strategy with business objectives. As the HR Operations, Compensation and Benefits Head (India, Sri Lanka & Bangladesh ) of TVS & Sons Ltd, he has spearheaded many initiatives for transforming the HR function into a technology-enabled, strategic business partner.

He was instrumental in developing India’s first employability skills finishing school programme which created employment opportunities for more than 8000 campus rejects (engineering, management, arts and science graduates) across India and helped many corporates to reduce their entry level hiring cost up to 30%. This initiative featured in leading Indian media such as The Hindu, Times of India, Deccan Chronicle, CNN IBN and UTV.

His scholastic credentials includes post-graduation in Human Resource Management from Bharathidasan University, M.S in Counselling & Psychotherapy recognized by International University of Alternative Medicines and Open International University of United Nations, Geneva and M.Sc, M.Phil in science from Bharathidasan University.

He is a visiting faculty to campuses and has delivered sessions on various management topics for reputed institutions in South India. Currently he handles Business Operations, Product Portfolios and HR at iWannabE.

Shanti George

Manager - Institutional Sales & Engagement

She is a commerce graduate with 30 plus years of multifaceted experience in the field of accounts, finance, administration merchandising and institutional sales. She has worked for Indian and Multinational organisations in senior positions. She was an executive manager in charge for a French garments manufacturing company for more than 10 years. Before joining iWannabE she was a Fabre Castell Distributor for Institutions in Coimbatore region.

Prabu Shankar

Manager - Corporate Sales & Engagement

A business acumen with proficiency in Human Resource Recruitment services across diverse industries and clients. He holds a PGDM and MBA (Hotel Management) and has 14 years of extensive full-cycle end-to-end recruiting experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and finalizing the position in Corporates like Dell Computers, KPMG etc and institutes like Vels University and KCG College of Technology. He is currently handling Corporate Sales and Relationship at iWannabE in Mumbai .
